A mastermind group consists of individuals who come together to share ideas and solve problems. He goes on to state that when a group forms for a common purpose, its members tap into an infinite intelligence that often produces results that are far superior to the results each member could create individually. I couldn't imagine masterminding with a more qualified group than EO.”

What’s one of your favorite parts of EO?
“It would have to be my Forum. My Forum members have a combined total of 30+ years experience hiring and managing employees. Based on the experiences they've shared with me, I've made dramatic improvements in this key area, and my business is prospering more than ever before. The people in my Forum (and now the people in my own business) have been the difference between failure and success.”
